INDIVISIBLE NEWARK DE
For Business Owners
Our Immigration Support Team has assembled free Know Your Rights resources for Delaware businesses and their immigrant employees. Documents and online resources come from leading state and national immigrant rights organizations as well as from DE Governor Matt Meyer and Attorney General Kathy Jennings.
Not a business owner?
Ready for I.C.E.?
at your business or jobsite?
These documents will help business owners and managers know:
-
how to prepare themselves and their businesses,
-
how to prepare employees,
-
how best to interact with ICE agents.
In short - what to say, what not to say, what to record, and who to contact if things go wrong.

What can I do?

Know Your Rights business card
We are asking EVERYONE to carry a few Know Your Rights (KYR) business cards in your pocket, wallet, or bag. Then give them to local business managers.
Grocery shopping? At the dry cleaners? Getting takeout or eating out? Having your lawn cut, driveway paved, house painted?
Ask for a manager and pass on the card. The manager is not available? Ask a worker to pass it on to their boss.
THAT'S IT! You've struck a blow against ICE injustice. If time allows, chat and tell the manager how much you value their business.
How can I get KYR business cards?
