Dylan Lopez Contreras suddenly disappeared from class at his NYC high school. He was detained by ICE at a routine hearing.  That was ten months ago.  He says many fellow detainees ask to self-deport to avoid the “psychological torture” they are being put through.  His friend Shannel said that “Even though we come from different places, we all share the same dream of safety, opportunity and freedom.”
