Warrantless ICE agents broke into the home of U.S. citizen ChongLy “Scott“ Thao.  He tried to get his ID but agents said they didn’t want to see it. The 57 year old was taken at gunpoint into sub-zero weather, wearing only boxer shorts, Crocs, and a blanket draped over his shoulders while his 4-year-old grandson watched and cried. He was returned home hours later with no apology.
