Parady La asked his cousin if he needed anything from the store. Hours later his empty car was found at the side of the road. Two days later he was in hospital, brain dead. He died the next day. He had been taken into ICE custody. His death has been described as “egregious medical neglect”. His family is trying to find out what happened.
