Liam Conejo Ramos is just five years old. He was approached by masked ICE agents on January 20, 2026, as he returned home from preschool. He was wearing his bunny hat and spiderman backpack.. There were multiple adults available to look after Liam but ICE detained him anyway. He spent 10 days in the detention center which might as well have been a prison. He missed his friends.
