Join Indivisible Newark DE as we protest Citizens Bank’s ongoing funding of ICE detention centers. Citizens Bank is bankrolling the country's two largest prison companies that are earning record profits operating dozens of ICE detention facilities.
Groups across the country will be protesting at Citizens Bank branches and Citizens Bank-funded detention centers on the same day assert that no company should profit from harmful detention practices without consequences.

Indivisible Newark DE held a Rapid Response Protest to voice our outrage at the recent U.S. Supreme Court decision that dismantled key features of the Voter Rights Act, including gutting protections against racially-based gerrymandering.
For over 60 years, the Voting Rights Act – often called the crown jewel of the U.S. Civil Rights Movement - has protected minorities from being locked out of equitable representation in elected offices. Now, with this blatantly political decision by the Roberts’ Court, millions of people will have the power of their vote diminished and ignored.
Newark residents stood up against this latest move by those aligned with the Trump regime to tilt the scales of electoral politics and steal power, affirmed by a thoroughly compromised Supreme Court.
